Services Provided by The Cairn Hospitality Group:
- Cash management, reconciliations, credit card deposit verification, weekly cash flow.
- Daily Sales Summary Verification
- Accounts Payable, vendor payments, vendor statement reconciliation, process/deliver Form 1099 reports to federal and state agencies.
- Payroll posting accruals accordingly, reconcile payroll reports.
- Financial statement preparation, P & L statements, Balance Sheet, comparison reports
- Weekly Prime Cost Reports
- Preparation and filing Sales and Use Taxes, Business Tax
- General ledger maintenance
- Budgeting and forecasting Annual and Monthly
- Consulting Services – monthly meeting with operational review and goal setting, KPI’s (twice monthly for first six month)
- Manager Financial Education/Coaching
- Monthly report narrative highlighting key areas of opportunity.
Responsibilities of The Cairn Hospitality Group:
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Provide accurate and timely accounting services.
- Communicate effectively and promptly regarding any issues or concerns that may arise.
Responsibilities of Restaurant:
- Upload of vendor invoices to Accounts Payable system on Monday Weekly
- Provide detail coding of company credit card charges on an importable Excel file; client retains supporting receipts Period-End
- Manual check log emailed (if applicable) Monday Weekly
- Ending inventory emailed Period-End
- Provide electronic access to POS or other above reporting for period polling Ongoing.
- Process Payroll and provide reports to Cairn
- Maintain accounts receivable (billing/deposits) Ongoing.
- Provide all necessary financial documents and information in a timely manner.
- Cooperate with The Cairn Hospitality Group to ensure the smooth provision of services.
